Single Family Dwelling - $150 + $0.10/sq. ft. above ground living space - Due at time of Approval

Two Family Dwelling - $150 + $0.10/sq. ft. above ground living space - Due at time of Approval

Multi-Family Dwelling - $200 + $100/each additional unit + $0.10/sq. ft. above ground living space - Due at time of Approval

Room Addition/Remodel - $100 + $0.05/sq. ft. above grade living space - Due at time of Approval

Barn/Garage/Post Frame Construction - $100 + $0.05/sq. ft. - Due at time of Approval

Basement (Finished or Unfinished) - $50 - Due at time of Approval

Deck - $50 - Due at time of Approval

Pool - $50 - Due at time of Approval

Fence - $50 - Due at time of Application

Shed (Portable/Pre-Fab Storage Bldg. - $50 - Due at time of Application

Driveway - $50 - Due at time of Application

Fence - $50 - Due at time of Application

Demolition - $50 - Due at time of Approval

Storm Water Inspection - $40 - Due at time of Approval
