WEIGHT ROOM

The weight room is equipped with machine and free weights, medicine balls, resistance balls, and bands. Cardiovascular equipment includes treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes, ARC trainers, and a stepmill. Children 12-15 years old may use the weight room under the constant supervision of an adult. Children 16-17 may work out without supervision if they have a parent-signed weight room waiver on file. No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the weight room. Weight room orientations are available for anyone wanting to learn how to use the weight and/or cardiovascular equipment. The service is free to monthly and annual pass holders or $5 otherwise. WALKING TRACK

The walking track is available for use all hours that the CCC is open. 13.5 laps around the track are equivalent to one mile. Children 12-15 must be accompanied by an adult while using the walking track. No children under the age of 12 are allowed on the walking track. Lap counters are available at the front desk.

PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM

This program is designed to help the beginning exerciser get started or to add variety and intensity to an existing program. Your personal fitness trainer will teach you what you need to know about strength and cardiovascular exercise to reach your personal goals.

4 Sessions   $88 resident / $93 non-resident

8 Sessions   $176 resident / $186 non-resident

12 Sessions   $264 resident / $279 non-resident

We also have buddy rates available if you don't want to do personal training alone! With buddy rates, both people pay a lower rate:

4 sessions - $66 per city resident / $71 per non-resident

8 sessions - $132 per city resident / $142 per non-resident
