Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use paddles similar to ping pong paddles to hit a perforated ball, similar to a wiffleball, over a net. No experience necessary. We have loaner paddles and balls.

The club formed in April of 2010 with the following charter: To enhance the fastest growing recreational sport in the US, by promoting the game of disc golf in Montgomery County. We are committed to welcoming new players at a weekly random-draw doubles, played on Thursday evenings at two courses located in Crawfordsville.

The Montgomery County Disc Golf Club (MCDGC) is a non-profit community organization dedicated to playing and promoting the sport of disc golf in Montgomery County.  Membership is open to anyone who is interested in disc golf and in serving their community. MCDGC has partnered with Milligan Park, and the Crawfordsville Parks and Recreation department.

Club members took on the challenge of securing local business hole sponsors, designed the layout and all associated signage, expanded the original 9 holes to the current 22 hole course, installed a message center, and assists in maintaining the disc golf course at Milligan Park.  In addition, the MCDGC runs leagues, 2 nights per week, throughout the year, and also sponsors local, state, and fund raising tournaments.
