The largest of the city's parks, Milligan Park comprises 40 acres. Features include:

Welliever Softball Field and Baldwin Baseball Field are also located in Milligan Park. The picnic shelters, ball diamonds, and swimming pool are all available for private rental.
This park is open from dawn to dusk.
