Senior Fitness
In compliance with COVID-19 health guidelines, senior classes will not meet until August 3, 2020.
All classes are included in our Group Fitness Rates and All-inclusive Monthly/Annual Passes.
65+ COST: 12-visit pass - $20 city resident / $22 nonresident
DROP-IN COST: $5
CHAIR YOGA
This is a simple form of yoga practiced either sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. It is designed to help breathing, balance, and flexibility. Class meets Monday and Friday 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
FUN-CTIONAL FITNESS CLASS
This class was designed with the older adult in mind. It incorporates low impact aerobics, chair aerobics, step aerobics, and toning exercises. Class meets on Monday and Friday 9:45 - 10:30 am.
SILVER SNEAKERS
This class is designed to improve muscle strength and range of motion. Participation should improve activities of daily living. A chair is used to assist with balance and seated exercises. Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:15 - 11:00 AM.
STRENGTH & STRETCH CLASS
This class was designed with the older adult in mind. Class meets on Tuesdays from 10:00 - 10:45 am.
